Since this apparel is tailored and customized only after you placing the order, it cannot be subjected to any refund!

So, strictly no refund after you make the payment!

 If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them.

If you have any issues with the product, you can contact us and get the issues resolved.

If there is any unforeseen there will be refund! Processing refund may take up to 5 – 7 working Days

Cancellation, Return, and Replacement

As per our company policy, we do not provide refunds or exchanges on any product sold, as each dress is custom-made.

Please note that size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order.

Damages and Issues

We take utmost care in quality checking before shipping the product. However, if you receive a damaged product, we require a video proof of the parcel opening to process the replacement. Our team will contact you within 2–4 working days and guide you through the process of product replacement.

Fabric Availability

In rare cases where a product cannot be made due to fabric shortage or other unforeseen issues, you will be given the option to swap your order with any available product of your choice. Kindly note that refunds will not be provided, and in some cases there will be shortage in fabric there will be delay in despatch, we appreciate you’re understanding.

Cancellations

Orders placed cannot be cancelled.
