Standard Delivery

  • Within Tamilnadu ₹100 

  • Outside Tamilnadu (within India) ₹200

Express Delivery

  • Within Tamilnadu ₹550

  • Outside Tamilnadu (within India) ₹650

SHIPPING POLICY

Our general dispatch time frame is 18-20 working days. You will receive your order within this time frame. You will be notified through a mail as soon as we ship your order from our end along with all the tracking details!

Some products are made on order only, where we can take up to 20 working days.

For express Shipping it takes 7 working days to dispatch!

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

For International Shipping it can take 20-25 working days to reach you!

We try our best to deliver express orders in the express order time frame, but if we had any unavoidable delays beyond control, then the product will be automatically converted into general dispatch and we’ll refund your express charges amount in 2-3 working days.

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 9677858287 and we will try our best to resolve your issues. 

Since this apparel is tailored and customized only after you placing the order, it cannot be subjected to any exchange or replacement.

If you have any issues with the product, you can contact us and get the issues resolved.

In the event of receiving a defective product and seeking an exchange or refund, it is imperative to contact us either on the same day of receipt or the following day. Additionally, a video proof of the unwrapping process, showcasing the condition of the order upon arrival, is mandatory. Refund and exchange requests that do not adhere to this requirement will not be entertained.
